PHMC Health is hosting events at its five Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) from August 4-8.
PHMC Health will commemorate National Health Center Week by hosting events for patients and communities. Events will include health screenings, information about insurance plans, nutrition and cooking demonstrations, fire safety education and more.
PHMC Health continues to support underserved communities, particularly those living in public housing and individuals experiencing homelessness, by providing comprehensive, integrated and patient-centered care throughout the Philadelphia region and offering an array of services, including substance use disorder and trauma treatment, behavioral health, dental care, pediatric medicine and social services.
